Here is more details about Mahagunpuram commercial shops.

1. No of shops : 46 (Divided in Basement + Ground Floor + 1st Floor)

2. Rates:

Basement and 1st floor : INR 5000 per SFT
Ground floor: INR 7700 per SFT

3. Size of the shops:

260 SFT builtup area, translated into 165 SFT carpet area.

- There are few shops left on ground floor as of now, while in the basement and 1st floor, they are readily available.
- There is no loan support for the purchase. Its all cash transactions.
- Booking amount of 2,00,000 (2 Lacks) needs to be paid upfront.
- Rest of the amount needs to be paid over 15 months of duration.
