approx by an year.
I would suggest you that whenever you come to India and visit the site
and flat. Keep a watch on project via blog and also share information,
if any which is relevent to the project and the builder.
By being vigilant, we can have our dream home in better shape.

Please let us know the talks you have with mahagun officals regarding delay of project. as per my information they will be deciding in the month of sept 2011 that how much delay will be there.. please doent put your suspection on the post.. if you have any mail or conservation recorded with mahagun please let us know... otherise please dont create unnessary rumours.
I agree with Akhil and Amit here...Please share the source of news from where it is derived that the project is delayed by "atleast a year" and also please let us know what "a year" means...a year from Sept (as committed) or from Dec....
I had a word with Amit also regarding this...I am feeling a bit suffocated now being a part of this blog....this blog started with sharing news and updates...now we are filling it with lot of negativity....issues are OK...but now no-one is posting anything positive about development...but everyone here is working as a part of QA team..coming out with issues in each and everything...
i dont understand the reason for delay. structures of almost all towers are ready, even in some of the towers the tiling work also started then why there is a delay. This statement is having no sanctity unless it is supported by solid backup.

I agree with u but my intention is only to gather people and aware ppl in this forum so that we can meeet and discuss the issue yes perception should nt be posted here ....
