Mahagunpuram : Regarding payments for Open Car Parking

Sir,
I have booked a flat on cash basis in Mahagunpuram. At the time of booking I have opted for Open Space Parking for Rs. 1,00,000. As I have come to know that Builder cannot charged the amount for open Parking. Will I have to pay the amount or what will have to do in current scenario.

Further for those who are so optimistic about getting possession in 7 months, just to let you know that I called a broker as a 'Buyer' and he clearly told me that possession is nowhere before at least 12 months from now, and whatever ad is there in the newspaper is just Marketing Funda to sell the flats.

Hi Dinesh,

I too have Open parking alloted. When I talked to my agent, he informed me that you can buy a covered parking now at the current rate. So, I guess you need to shell out some more money for that.

You also have option to leave your current open parking, but you need to give in writing that you don't need a parking. I think this is not wise, as you may find it difficult to sell that flat at later stage.

Further, he informed me that Mahagun is still selling open parking in phase 2, as there is no clear guideline.

Gyani Ji,

With due respect to your enquiry....I am sorry but I am not able to understand what point you are trying to prove here??

I have not seen any positive thing coming from your end since long...and now I have a doubt that even you are a serious resident of Mahagunuram....

In case you are not, I humbly request you to atleast not to paste any negavite "ENQUIRY"/"THOUGHTS" of yours here....

Vipul Ji,

First of all, welcome here again. It has been long since we hear you. You will find ample of positive news here in last months post (and ironically, most of them posted by me :D )

2ndly, If I am not a resident in Mahagunpuram; I would not even bother to 'waste' my time on useless things like blogging. I just hate internet for social networking, blogging and overall timepass (its my opinion, may be timepass definition differs for each individual).

Regarding your third point about opinions, I see this paltform as discussion forum; rather than just a news-board. Here open discussion should always welcomed, without blaming the authors.
