NOIDA: Traffic movement from Noida to NH-24via sector 62 is soon going to be streamlined as the Noida Authority has planned to develop signal-free intersections where link roads meet the busy highway. According to this plan, the three junctions that connect Noida with the highway would be developed. The Authority has floated an expression of interest inviting bids from technical and architectural consultants for the development of these junctions. 

The places where the Authority plans to develop signal-free intersections are at the T-junctions of sector 62 with NH-24 near Khoda, near Model Town Police Chowk and the junction of Chhijarsi village near Hindon river. "Given the high movement of traffic between Noida and Ghaziabad through the intersections with NH-24, it is necessary to develop these in such a manner to ensure seamless flow of vehicles," said chief project engineer of Noida Authority, Santram Singh. "We are preparing a conceptual plan for development of these junctions. Consultants have been invited for presentations on feasible plans at these junctions which might be in the form of flyovers, underpasses, etc," added Singh. 

Noida Authority has taken the step of developing signal-free junctions even as work on widening of NH-24 into a 14-lane highway by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is yet to begin. "The consultant appointed by the Authority will have to design the plans in consultation with the NHAI so that traffic movement becomes quick and efficient," said Singh. 

Due to the presence of a large number of industrial, residential, commercial and institutional set-ups in the sector 62 region, huge traffic movement takes place all round the clock on the roads leading to NH-24 resulting in snarls. Traffic jams cause considerable hassles for residents living in sector 62, adjoining sectors and Indirapuram and Vaishali in Ghaziabad. 

The region is congested particularly due to the fact that residents of Ghaziabad and Noida travel across to their workplaces on a daily basis. People living in Delhi and working in this area of Noida also take the NH-24 route to reach the city. 

"People are forced to travel by their vehicles due to lack of alternative modes of transport and this clogs the T-junctions. Besides cars and two-wheelers, autos and BPO cabs also jam the roads," said president of the Federation of Sector 62 RWAs, SM Singh. "Heavy traffic continues as some IT firms in Noida operate even at night," he added.

Mahagunpuram: Metro till Noida Sector 62 [Indirapuram Noida border]

Here is news about proposed metro Noida city center extension Sector 62, Noida. This will make Mahagunpuram nearer to metro station [around 15 Km]

The DMRC has submitted its technical report for the construction of a Metro line from Noida City Centre (Sector 32) to Ghaziabad border in Sector 62 (NH 24). The Noida authority, which will spend over R1,000 crore on the project, will study the report on Monday before giving the report a final go-ahead. The Sector 62 line is our priority. There will be five stations on the route. The Noida authority has accepted the terms of references sent by the DMRC. We have sent our in-principle consent to the plan. There are some minor issues that need to be sorted out. Construction will start soon,” said Chandra Bhanu Singh, deputy chief executive officer, Noida authority.

Currently, Noida has six Metro stations with the service ending at Sector 32. Post-extension, Metro will cut Noida into two, providing a boost to intra-city connectivity and pass through Sector 71 crossing.

The extension will provide connectivity to sectors 32, 34, 35, 50, 51, 52, 60, 61, 62, 63 64, 65, 66, 71, 72 and NH 24. The existing Metro line caters to only 55 immediate and adjoining sectors. About 35 more sectors need to be linked to Metro.

Mahagunpuram : Recent price hike

Hello Friends,

It would be great if someone could explain whether we need to pay extra amount at the time of registration due to recent hike in price for mahagunpuram's PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 projects.

As far as I know, registration charges are calculated on the basis of current circle rate. Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

Hi All

I would like to inform you when the Mahagunpuram project was not approved how come bank IDBI/HDFC will disbruse loan in 2009 MAHAGUN assured me that they wont charge any intrest against it. Mr Yogesh, Abhishek, Sachin who sat in mahagunpuram gave us 100% assure at that time. not sure they are with mahagun or as they every year I see new people joining mahagun and they enteries changed very frequenecy with no stability we need to raise questions to managmenet why are they troubling us like this is absoulty ridiculous. its not our fault simply fauly of builder.

Mahagunpuram Booking Holders- Attention

Dear Booking Holders of Mahagunpuram Project

I had booked Mahagunpuram Flat on 3^rd May 2009 by paying initial booking amount. Since the project was not approved hence disbursement by HDFC was delayed up to end August 2009. Like me there are many other Booking Holders whose disbursement was delayed by HDFC. In August 2009 itself Mahagun had sent letters to many booking holders levying delayed payment interest. I along with few of my friends who had also booked the flat in Mahagunpuram visited their office in sector 63 Noida to represent the issue. We had met Mr. Brajesh Gaur Vice President  and Mr. Sunder Rajan GM in August 2009. We represented that demand of interest was unethical as delay of payment was for the reason Mahagun did had approval of project and HDFC was not disbursing the loan. After couple of visits we were informed that Mahagun had stopped sending such letters to remaining booking holders. He also confirmed that letter for waiver of interest will be sent to the booking holders. Few of the booking holders started getting the waiver of interest letter. We were contended that matter has been amicably solved.

But we were wrong. Mahagun had only fooled the booking holders in August 2009. They had falsely assured that no delay payment interest will be levied. They only posted false letters  for waiver of interest to the booking holders but did not set their account right in computer. In fact they have slapped delay payment interest to the tune of Rs 38000 to Rs 50000 in all the account of the booking holders. This I came to know when I visited Mahagun office on 3^rd March 2012. I tried to explain what all was discussed in August 2009 but nobody listened me. All senior persons whom we met in August 2009 are no more working with Mahagun.

This is an extremely serious issue. I have already teamed up with 5 members and plan to take up the issue with Mahagun. It is my request that we should team up in large number so that Mahagun does not have any escape route.

Hello Friends,

This is to bring to your notice that manys of us have received a letter from MAHAGUN regarding outstanding payments and interest on account of delayed payments. The intent of the letter is to raise the required fund to pay penalty charges by imposing so called "interest due to delayed payments". In a nutshull, MAHAGUN is eyeing on our pocket to pay the penalty charges.

Don't you think its a shameful act?

I request the prospective buyers to avoid investing money in any of the MAHAGUN'S present and future projects.

Mahagun builder should be wise about investers, who had a big faith on them.

today i had a discussion that the letters has been dispatched to all the flat owners for past dues and interest. but not explained most of the things.

As per the market survey mahgun builder always give the panelties payment if any delay in possision. let see if they maintain the same story in our projects and  future projects.

I appreciate the mahagun builder if they write some thing and clear the same on blog and break the suspence.

MAHAGUNPURAM CHEATER BUILDER

Hi All

MAHAGUN builder is playing game with us they are calculating intreste for 1 single day delay be by you side or bank side or even their siide and we have to bear the intrest for that.

I dont know about others however be ready to shed heafty amount to pay to MAHAGUN as intrest , last 3 months what were they doing they were calucaiting how to get intreste money from us. i have heard they will pay penality cheque after 7 April 2012 And we need to clear dues/intrest before 15 March. 2012.

I will file a Case on MAHAGUN for sure. if anyone wana supprt me welcome otherwise no issues...
