[Mahagunpuram] Update on penalty payment

This is another update from my side regarding penality cheques from builder.

Last to last week i visited mahagun,noida office to discuss about Rs 17000/- late payment calculation against disbursment.

After a long discussion, it is finalized that I will pay 5000/- as a late payment charge and after that they will release penality cheques for 3 months  in first week of May.

I deposited my contribution and waiting for mahagun phone call for 3 cheques. let's hope for good.....give you more update soon,.

[Mahagunpuram] unreasonable interest claim by builder

Are u worried from the unreasonable interst claim raised by Mahagun Builder ???

Most of the cases delyaed due to builder did not submitted the nessery papers to Bank.

Builder himself is responsible for that.

1. Mahagunpuram is not giving timely possession as assured by their sales agents. Every time they will demand money. Does anybody know about this bad news of legal charges of Rs 12000/- and worst news of lawyer charges of Rs 15000/-. Will Mahagunpuram administration throw light on it as what it is? and it is  to paid or not or what.

Congratulations for the friends who has received penality cheques...

After seen the recent messages about Penality Cheques. Today I have contacted Mahagun, noida office concerned department  for the same.

I have been told to pay late payments penality first, As per there calculation it is Rs17000.00 Approx.

Let me just nofiy you all, there demand letter never dispatched timely, Every time I reminded them for the demand letter and their executives alway said that a week time dealy is not a problem.

Therefore to discuss their final calculation in detail, I am planning to visit mahagun noida office this staturday.

One thing I would like to know form the friends who has received penality cheques, did you guys booked flat in downpayment mode? why I am asking  because I booked my flat in flexi/CLP payment mode.

[Mahagunpuram] Received Penalty Cheque

Hi Friends,

I received 3 checks today from Mahagun office at Noida for Jan/Feb/Mar. I also asked for the possession and the Saraswati and Sriddhi possessions are scheduled for September this year. At least we have a start.

[mahagunpuram] Good News to Share ..... Penalty being paid by Mahagun

Friend !

Today, I visited Mahagunpuram office to collect the penalty cheques and got three cheques of penalty from January to March (Rs. 45,00/- each for flat of 900 sq.ft.). Lets pray for an early possession. I think you need to visit the office to collect the cheques however the alternative way may be asked from them. You can call - 0120-4692231.

Mahagunpuram- Regarding Penalty Cheques

Dear All,

Just now I got a call from Mahagun, that my penalty cheque is ready and I have to collect it from there office.

I told them, that I am in Gurgaon now and it won't be easy for me to collect that so please courier it. For this I have to send a mail to mahagun customer care.

Anybody got such call for cheque collection.

NEW DELHI: After several flip-flops on the widening of the Delhi border-Dasna stretch on NH-24, the road transport and highway ministry has finally moved the proposal to convert it into an eight-lane corridor. The ministry has proposed to fund the project and the work would be awarded in six to eight months.

The widening of the 20km corridor, which is used by over 2 lakh vehicles on a weekday, will bring relief to commuters who often get caught in long jams. The ministry moved the plan after a high-level meeting, which was presided over by minister of state Jitin Prasada, in the last week of March. "We have asked NHAI to exclude this stretch from the Meerut Expressway project, so that work can start soon. We had been receiving complaints of major traffic jams during morning and evening peak hours," Prasada told TOI.

Mahagun is also calculating the charges if loan amount dispatched by your bank to mahagun builder was delayed. which is much higher than penalty charges.

I just want a help in the context of the penalty by Mahagun in the case of delay in the possession. Please tell me weather anyone have received any cheque or any payment otherwise in relation of this project. I have been promised to give 3 months penalty upto 7th April. I will surely tell you if I will receive any amount.

[Mahagunpuram] Phase 1 possesion delay again till Septembe 12

Hi,


I had a word with one of the executive in Mahagun and she said the possession is again delayed and now the new date which they are saying is September 12 which I am not sure is correct or they are just try to get the ball rolling.
This is done without any prior notice and when I asked about the penalty check which I suppose to get from January 12 onwards are not being prepared and till now i have not recieved any official call from their office which I personally beleive is against ethics and code of conduct.
     Whenever you ask that why this delay is happening they have no answer for that instead they will start saying our company (Mahagunpuram) is paying the penalty amount.
One more very interesting facts which revealed today is for calculating the penalty amount. They will only give you the penalty on Super area not on the paved area. For example I have a super area of 550 sqft and the 96 sqft paved area so while calculating the amount they will only use 550 sqft not 646 sq ft which is (550+96 sqft).

Friends this is high time and we invested our hard earned money, lets unite together and visit their office to stop this nuisance. This is the pure example of "Dadagiri" no one is above them to regulate and to listen invsetors and end users grievances

Mahagunpuram- Ghaziabad Development Authority makes plans for smooth traffic movement on NH-24

The Ghaziabad Development Authority has finally been given a nudge by the state government to make commuting between the NCR and Delhi smoother. A new plan has been proposed to decongest the NH-24. A team ofNHAI and GDA officials did a recce of the highway and decided to work on laying new service lanes and constructing underpasses to divert traffic for smooth movement of vehicles.

Giving details about the project, GDA vice chairman Santosh Yadav the authority will utilize existing underpasses at Shipra Mall and the carbon factory along NH-24 for diverting traffic. The authority has also proposed to build three new underpasses along the stretch from Lal Kuan to UP Gate, the locations of which would be soon decided. Besides, new service roads at Chhajarsi, CISF turn and Kalapathar would be constructed parallel to the highway to streamline traffic between Ghaziabad and Noida.

In addition to these, three foot overbridges (FOB) have been planned, each at district collectorate, Vijay Nagar and Khoda so that pedestrians do not face problems crossing the highway. Yadav said, "We have given a detailed presentation to NHAI regarding these proposals and they have agreed to all of them in principle."

GDA has also invited suggestions from the public for better planning and implementation of policies. These suggestions will be shared through phone, mobiles phones and cyber space.

The authority also announced that allottees in various schemes can get their plots up to 300 sqm approved within a single working day. In addition, from next month, approval of building plans will also be done within a day.
