1. I had booked a Flat at Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh [Flat No. 1106, 11th Floor, HIG-2 (1300 Sq Ft), Riddhi Block (Tower)] in May, 2009 with Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Mahagun Group].

2. Regarding a copy of Completion Certificate alongwith the Possession Letter, I had requested the Builder {Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Mahagun Group]} through my following e-mails dated 2nd December, 2012; 5th December, 2012; 9th December, 2012; 12th December, 2012 and 14th December, 2012, but, no reply has been received till date since 2nd December, 2012.

3. In view of the above, you are requested to direct the Builder {Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Mahagun Group]} to enclose a copy of Completion Certificate alongwith the Possession letter to me and also give me a reply to my above-mentioned e-mails pending since 2nd December, 2012.

POSSESSION OF FLATS AT RIDDHI BLOCK (TOWER) / COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Kindly refer to my e-mails dated 2nd December, 2012; 5th December, 2012; 9th December, 2012 and 12th December, 2012 on the above subject.

2. I had booked a Flat at Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh [Flat No. 1106, 11th Floor, HIG-2 (1300 Sq Ft), Riddhi Block (Tower)] in May, 2009.

3. It is understood that Flats at Riddhi Block (Tower) are being offered for possession vide Possession Letters from 30th November, 2012 onwards.

4. I hope that possession of Flats at Riddhi Block (Tower) are being offered after due completion of them and a copy of Completion Certificate from the concerned Competent Authority are also being enclosed alongwith the Possession Letters.

5. It is also understood that without the copy of Completion Certificate from the Competent Authority, the Flats at Riddhi Block (Tower) will remain UNAPPROVED.

6. Whether it is also a fact that the basic amenities [like Electricity (Cheap Electricity) Connection, Drinking Water Connection (Ganga Water), Sanitary Connection, Municipal Services, etc.] will be provided by various Competent Authorities only on the production of copy of COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.

7. In view of the above, it is, therefore, requested that kindly also enclose a copy of Completion Certificate alongwith the Possession Letter to me.
