[Mahagunpuram] PENDING IMPORTANT ISSUES : MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24, GHAZIABAD (U.P.).

1. The following was posted on Facebook Wall by Mahagunpuram Rwa :-

"Good News : Ration card form is available in Mahagun office in Vinayak tower. In case of shortage please contact Shri Mukesh Singhal, G-1011, Aashiana, Golf Link, Mob : 09910265020. Document Req : House Tax bill / Water Tax bill / Telephone / passport / DL / Bank Passbook Posession Letter / Registry Paper, 2 Photograph. Please fill form and submit on time and get benefit of it while apply for other documents like Voter card, Pan Card, bank Account etc. We are thankful to Mukesh Singhal. Please share such information ASAP".

2. It seems from the above post on Facebook that Shri Mukesh Singhal has got enormous contacts in Government Agencies.

3. In view of the above, I would request Mahagunpuram Rwa (or IRWA of Mahagun PUram, NH-24) to liaise with him for the following pending important issues which will benefit all the residents of Mahagun Puram (Phase I and Phase II), NH-24, Ghaziabad - 201002, Uttar Pradesh for which all the residents would be grateful to him :-

(a) REQUEST TO INDRAPRASTHA GAS LIMITED (IGL) FOR SANCTIONING OF DOMESTIC PIPED NATURAL GAS (PNG) CONNECTIONS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24, MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD – 201002 (UTTAR PRADESH). There is already provision of domestic PNG connections in one of the adjacent Housing Project [Ansal's Tanushree Housing Project, NH-24, Mehrauli, Near Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh] which is less than 100 metres from Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. CRITERIA FOR TECHNICALLY FEASIBLE DOMESTIC PNG CONNECTION : "A technically feasible area / locality / society / building shall have provision to lay MDPE pipelines and its lanes shall have free accessibility for fire tender in case of any emergency". Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh) is adjacent to NH-24 having provision to lay MDPE pipelines and it also has free accessibility for Fire Tender in case of any Emergency. In view of the above, it is requested that necessary instructions may please be given to the concerned to build required infrastructure, such as, laying of MDPE Pipelines and associated Galvanized Iron (GI) pipelines network, along with necessary fittings, pressure regulators and meters at the flats of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 which will benefit thousands of residents. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for sanctioning of Domestic PNG for the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24.

(b) BUS STANDS IN FRONT and OPPOSITE NH-24 OF MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24. At present, there are many Busses plying from Delhi to Hapur, etc. and Back along NH-24, Ghaziabad in front of Mahagun Puram Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for making Bus Stands on both sides of NH-24, Ghaziabad in front of Mahagun Puram Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad for the benefit of the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24.

(c) REQUEST FOR UPSRTC BUS ROUTE FROM MEHRAULI RAILWAY STATION, NH-24, GHAZIABAD (UTTAR PRADESH) TO SHIVAJI STADIUM, CONNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI/NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION AND BACK. In the past many years, scores of major Housing Projects have been completed along NH-24 corridor starting from UP Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Millions and millions of residents have started residing in these housing projects. Some of the Areas are "Indirapuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Sector 62 and 63, NOIDA along NH-24; Siddhartha Vihar Yojana, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Crossing Republic, NH-24, Ghaziabad; ABES Engineering College, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Ashiana's `Golf Link'/Landmark, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Mahagun's `Mahagun Puram, NH-24', Ghaziabad; Ansal's `Tanushree, NH-24', Ghaziabad; ongoing Wave City, NH-24 (4500 acres project), Ghaziabad etc. To overcome the transport needs of millions and millions of residents along NH-24 Corridor, it requested that the proposed above UPSRTC Bus Route (as requested on 1st May, 2013) from Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh via Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, New Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station and Back may please be started to mitigate the hardships being faced by millions and millions of residents residing along NH-24 Corridor which will benefit millions and millions of residents along NH-24 (UPSRTC WILL ALSO BE BENEFITED IN REVENUE TERMS). One of the suggested route can be started and requested for to the concerned authorities can be from MEHRAULI RAILWAY STATION, NH-24, GHAZIABAD to Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad to Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24 to Lal Kuan, NH-24 to ABES Engineering College, NH-24 to Crossing Republic, NH-24 to Vijay Nagar Bypass to, NH-24 to Siddhartha Vihar, NH-24 to Sector 63, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24 to Sector 62, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24 to CISF Crossing, Indirapuram, NH-24 to Sarojini Naidu Marg, NH-24 to Gaur Green City, Indirapuram, NH-24 to UP Gate Police Station, NH-24 to Khichdipur Crossing, Delhi to East Vinod Nagar, Delhi to Mayur Vihar, Delhi to NOIDA More, Delhi to Nizamuddin Bridge, Delhi to Indraprastha Park, Ring Road, Delhi to Pragati Maidan, Bhairon Marg, Delhi to ITPO, Mathura Road, Delhi to Supreme Court, Delhi to Tilak Bridge, Sikandara Road, Delhi to Mandi House Metro Station, Sikandra Road, Delhi to Barakhamba Road Metro Station, Delhi to Scindia House, Connaught Place, Delhi to Regal, Connaught Place, Delhi to SHIVAJI STADIUM, CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI/NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION AND BACK [the total distance would be around thirty five kilometres (35 Kms) and the time for completing this route would be around one hour]. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for this Bus Route.

(d) REQUEST FOR DTC BUS ROUTE FROM SHIVAJI STADIUM, CONNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI/NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION TO MEHRAULI RAILWAY STATION, NH-24, GHAZIABAD (UTTAR PRADESH) AND BACK. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for this Bus Route.

(e) BOUNDARY WALL. The boundary wall around Mahagun Puram Phase I is very low in height. The height of the boundary wall must be increased (after increasing the height of the boundary wall, barbed wires should also be installed) for the safety of residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for increasing the height of Boundary Wall.

(f) GANGA WATER CONNECTION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24 MAY PLEASE BE GOT SANCTIONED. Many residents have posted on Facebook that bad quality of water is being supplied to the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 and most of the residents are concerned about this. This problem can also be got sorted out by getting Ganga Water Connection for the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for getting Ganga Water Connection sanctioned for the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24.

(g) POSTAL PROBLEM. Some residents have complained that post don't get delivered in Mahagun Puram. Courier companies also mention it as no access zone. If the problem still persists, then concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for sorting out this Postal Problem.

4. COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. Even though our Flats had been got registered by the concerned Registration Officer, Registration Office, Tehsil, Ghaziabad, but, it seems that without an attested copy of the Completion Certificate, the basic amenities [like Electricity (Cheap Electricity) Connection (Electricity Meters from UPPCL have not been installed in our flats), Drinking Water Connection (Ganga Water/Good Quality Filter Water), Sanitation, Drainage, Municipal Services, Structural Safety of our Flats, etc.] will not be provided by various Competent Authorities. Concerned authorities can be liaised by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for giving us attested copies of the Completion Certificate for further necessary action.

5. Other important issues (including steep rate revision of electricity charges at Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad) other than above, can also be added and liaised with Shri Mukesh Singhal and also with other concerned authorities by Mahagunpuram Rwa (or/and IRWA of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Maintenance Agency of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 or/and Builder of Mahagun Puram, NH-24) for the benefit of the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad for which we all will be highly obliged to everyone who helps in the speedy approval.

There is NO RWA till date, Only Group of 5-10 "COMMON" people who attend weekly meeting and discuss issues, rest are attending only by "BLOG"

The one you are getting is the second one. You need to get the water pipeline attached to the fresh water supply line. I used to have this problem in my bathroom where the fresh water supply was connected to the toiler flush while the waste water was connected to the normal used for bathing and wash basins.

This is a work of 3-4 hours and you should get it corrected immediately. I can understand how much inconvenience you must have faced because of this. Please talk to maintenance to this rectified immediately. The plumbers here at Mahagun are not working properly and are very careless. Even though they know the problem they show as if they don't know because they will have to correct it. This is a huge flaw in our maintenance people that they don't check these guys.
