AOA forum should love criticism and promote introspection within.
AOA should encourage open meetings to engage all creative minds from our society.
AOA should use deliberate sense of delegation while executing the common functions of AOA forum. This brings decentralization and accountability.
AOA forum should introduce to Time to Finish (TTF) model for completing the issues of various categories. This will bring process and increase the individual sense of responsibility.
AOA should bring the price control model for vendors and service providers in society. This will make every resident to pay the same and legitimate price for the common services.
AOA should bring the unified access control in the security model of our society. This will stop the unethical elements in society.
All members of AOA should not have any conflict of interest.
For bringing consensus on a social topic; AOA forum should include the resident's feedback and should be ready to change it, if majority of feedback is negative.
For making a common consensus on action items; received feedback data should be made public for residents review.
AOA forum should publicize its TODO list with active status of all the action items. All the pending items should also include the reasons of delay. All the action items should also include the target date; by which the item has to be completed. This will bring accountability.
AOA forum should implement Right to Information (RTI); every resident has the authority to know about the actions and plan of AOA. AOA should publicize all RTI queries with answers; this will bring satisfaction.
AOA should conduct Ladies only open houses to talk separately about the welfares of ladies and kids.
AOA should also conduct regular talks with agencies like security, maintenance etc. This will bring holistic satisfaction.
AOA should delve into the current sewer issue of society. This is going to be one of the big challenges in future.
AOA should find an amicable solution of two wheeler problem within a limited time span.
AOA should conduct a resident satisfaction survey (RSS) every quarter; residents should be allowed to give feedback anonymously in any format of communication.
Every tower should have a separate AOA feedback register. AOA forum will update the status of feedbacks in the register within a limited period.
AOA should publish monthly financial updates.
AOA should not be influenced by any external political/regional/relational/ ideology.
AOA should bring shopping arcade members into the mainframe of society and help in bridging the gaps between arcade members and residents. Arcade members/residents should be encouraged to utilize the benefit of each other in organic manner.
AOA can also create checklist based task execution for common area cleaning and sweeping. Sweeping/cleaning staff can work as per specified points from checklist data should be scrutinized by the AOA. This will bring accountability. A brief example of checklist for a building :
Lift walls cleaning (PENDING/DONE)
First floor stairs cleaning (PENDING/DONE)
First floor cleaning. (PENDING/DONE)
Second floor cleaning. (PENDING/DONE)
Main glass door cleaning. (PENDING/DONE)
Common dust bean cleaning (PENDING/DONE)
Rooftop cleaning (PENDING/DONE)
Letterbox area cleaning (PENDING/DONE)
Railings cleaning. (PENDING/DONE)
