Dear Madam,
1. Kindly refer to my request dated 29th March, 2014 on the above subject.
2. Also, kindly refer to your replies dated 3rd February, 2014 & 13th March, 2014 and my requests dated 6th March, 2014; 12th March, 2014 & 23rd March, 2014 for conducting the Technical Feasibility Survey of the Project (Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad), once again for supplying Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram, Ghaziabad.
3. Many thanks for sending the Officers of Indraprastha Gas Limited for conducting the Technical Feasibility Survey of the Project (Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Ghaziabad), once again, for supplying Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Ghazi.abad. All the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Ghaziabad are highly obliged to you regarding this.
4. It is understood that, after conducting the technical feasibility survey, the officers of IGL were of the view that it is feasible to provide the Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, after carrying out few modifications in and around the Society Complex.
5. In view of the above, it is requested that a copy of the Technical Feasibility Survey Report of the Project (Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Ghaziabad) conducted by the Officers of IGL on 25th March, 2014 at 1100 hours for supplying Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Ghaziabad may please be forwarded to me and also to all the concerned Officers of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (at Zonal office, No. 44, Tower–B, 4th Floor, Corenthum, Sector–62, Noida – 2013012, Uttar Pradesh and at Maintenance Office, Vinayak Block, Basement, Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh) and Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association [MP–AOA], Vinayak Block, Basement, Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201002 for further necessary action at their ends for carrying out few modifications in and around the Society Complex.
