Deal All,
First all you go to head office and discuss with Mr.John and deposit extra amount i.e 800 to 840 sq.ft (increase 40 sq.ft ..approx 70,000) or 1000 to 1040 sq.ft whatever ....size ..... and sign new extra increase sq.ft agreement.....then you will all eligibile for penalty cheque.....
