Dear Residents
Some of my views which I feel is necessary to shares with you all.
ü AOA should have only priority that is the issues of our society.
ü We want the AOA forum to be decentralized and open to every resident.
ü We believe that AOA forum should reach to the residents rather than resident goes to AOA for his problems.
ü We believe in open and easily accessible AOA, unbiased from all personal influences.
ü We believe in sharing the key responsibilities on rotational basis; this is very essential to de-centralize the power of AOA.
ü We believe in meritocracy, while selecting people to run our AOA.
ü We have a strong faith that an online issue tracking system can bring the transparency in complaint management.
ü We feel that regular feedback collection and its implementation will increase the resident's satisfaction.
ü We feel that open house culture; organizing open talk sat a regular frequency, is the best platform to know residents.
ü We believe that effective usage of technology can bring transparency.
ü We believe that every piece of AOA data should be shared with residents.
ü We believe in open door policy. AOA forum should be readily available and flexible for all inputs.
ü We encourage the gentleman culture. AOA forum should have the best gentlemen of our society.
ü AOA forum members should love to align with every self-esteemed intellectual of society.
ü AOA forum should love criticism and promote introspection within.
ü AOA should encourage open meetings to engage all creative minds from our society.
ü AOA should use deliberate sense of delegation while executing the common functions of AOA forum. This brings decentralization and accountability.
ü AOA forum should introduce to Time to Finish (TTF) modal for completing the issues of various categories. This will bring process and increase the individual sense of responsibility.
ü AOA should bring the price control modal for vendors and service providers in society. This will make every resident to pay the same and legitimate price for the common services.
FOR BETTERMENT OF OUR MAHAGUNPURAM IS PROPER VISION, PLANNING, STRATEGIES AND POLICY. AND THERE EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTION.
I AGAIN REQUEST ALL THE RESIDENT TO COME FORWARD FOR A GOOD MP AOA TEAM.
I RESPECT SOME OF MEMBER FEELING BUT I HUMBLY REQUEST IT IS VERY EARLY TO PROJECT ANYONE FOR ANY POST. I AM SUPPORTER OF GOOD TEAM.
