Congratulations to all the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh as Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Builder] has agreed for any modification if needed for laying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) Pipeplines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad and also agreed for signing of the Tripartite Technical Agreement with IGL and MP-AOA. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) had earlier already agreed to sanction the Domestic PNG Connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad after conducting the Technical Feasibility Survey on 25th March, 2014 and also agreed for signing of the Tripartite Technical Agreement with Builder and MP-AOA. We all are grateful to them for that.
I am giving below my correspondence with Indraprastha Gas Limited and Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Builder] for the information and further necessary action of all so that we all should get Domestic PNG Connections at Mahagunpuram Phase-I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh this year itself and no further dealy should occur in this regard :-

Many thanks for agreeing to sign the Technical Agreement between Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited), Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association (MP-AOA). We all are grateful to you for agreeing to sign the Technical Agreement on behalf of Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited).

In addition to above, kindly also refer to my requests dated 29th March, 2014; 30th March, 2014; 13th April, 2014; 26th April, 2014; 10th May, 2014; 18th May, 2014; Speed Post Letter dated 19th May, 2014; 21st May, 2014 and 24th May, 2014 to yourself; Ms. Sonu Sharma, Additional Manager – PNG Marketing, IGL; Shri Vinod Kumar Dhaaka, IGL and Customer Care, IGL for supplying me a copy of the Technical Feasibility Survey Report of the Project (Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad) conducted on 25h March, 2014.

Till date, I have not received a copy of the Technical Feasibility Survey Report of the Project (Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad) which was conducted by yourself on 25th March, 2014 for supplying Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad. I, once again, request for the same.
7. Later on, on the directions from you, MP-AOA (Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association, Mahagunpuram, NH 24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh) Team had visited the Office of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) at Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh on 10th June, 2014 at 1430 hours and handed over the required Drawings of Mahagunpuram Phase I to the Officers of IGL.

You all are also requested to kindly instruct the concerned Officials of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited to carry out the few modifications, as suggested by the Officials of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), in and around the Society Complex of Mahagunpuram Phase I for mapping of laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I for providing Domestic PNG Connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad. It is also understood that the concerned Officials of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (MREPL) are already liaising with the Officials of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) for carrying out the few modifications, as suggested by the Officials of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), in and around the Society Complex of Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad for providing Domestic PNG Connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad. I request that they should also liaise for the same for the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad as well, for which we all would be highly obliged. You all are also requested to kindly depute the Officer of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited for signing of the Technical Agreement at a mutually agreed date and time at IGL's Office, Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh about starting of work for laying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) pipelines network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh) for which we all would be highly obliged. You all are also requested to forward the Name, Mobile Number and E-mail ID Address of the deputed Officer of MREPL so that further liaison could be made with the deputed Officer of MREPL, MP-AOA and Shri Nahar Singh of IGL for signing of the Technical Agreement at a mutually agreed date and time and no further delay should occur in this regard.
