2. Also, kindly refer to IGL's replies dated 3rd February, 2014 and 13th March, 2014 regarding supplying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Many thanks for conducting yourself (on the advice of Ms. Sonu Sharma, Additional Manager – PNG Marketing, Indraprastha Gas Limited) the Technical Feasibility Survey of the Project (Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad) on 25th March, 2014, once again, for supplying Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Ghaziabad. All the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Ghaziabad are highly obliged to all the Officers of Indraprastha Gas Limited for this act of kindness.
4. After conducting the Technical Feasibility Survey on 25th March, 2014, you were of the view that it is feasible to provide the Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, after carrying out few modifications in and around the Society Complex.
5. Later on, on the directions from you, MP-AOA (Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association, Mahagunpuram, NH 24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh) Team had visited the Office of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) at Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh on 10th June, 2014 at 1430 hours and handed over the required Drawings of Mahagunpuram Phase I to the Officers of IGL.
6. Subsequently, kindly also refer to your telecon of 23rd June, 2014 with the undersigned regarding signing of the Technical Agreement between Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (MREPL) and Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association (MP–AOA) about starting of work for laying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) pipelines network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh).
7. Many thanks for your positive response in this regard. As desired by you on 23rd June, 2014, I had requested Shri Surjeet Singh (Mobile Number : 9818771316; E-mail ID : surjeet_cavs@yahoo.co.uk), General Secretary, Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association [MP–AOA], Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and other Executive Members of MP–AOA on 23rd June, 2014 itself to further speak and liaise with you and also with the Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (Builder) so that concerned Officer from Builder should come at a mutually agreed date and time in the Office of Shri Manas Sharma, Head, Project Team, Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad at IGL's Office at Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh at the earliest for signing of the Tripartite Technical Agreement and no further delay should happen in this regard.
8. As per your telecon of 23rd June, 2014 with the undersigned, the Tripartite Technical Agreement will be signed between IGL, MP-AOA and Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) in the office of Shri Manas Sharma (Head, Project Team, Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad) at Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. I confirm that Shri Surjeet Singh, General Secretary, Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association [MP–AOA], Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh will sign the Tripartite Technical Agreement on behalf of MP-AOA.
9. In addition to above, kindly refer to the following two replies dated 7th July, 2014 and 8th July, 2014 received from Col Surajit Roy, Vice President (Facility Management), Mahagun Group {Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) : Builder}, Zonal Office, B–44 (No. 44, Tower–B), 4th Floor, The Corenthum, Plot No. A-41/42, Sector–62, Noida – 201307, Uttar Pradesh [sroy@mahagunindia.com], as under :-
(a) Reply dated 7th July, 2014 : "Our full support for any modification if needed from Project to implement the PNG at PH-I of Mahagun Puram. You organise the date and time for the tripartite signing off of the Agreement between all of us and let me know".
(b) Reply dated 8th July, 2014 : "Acknowledged".
10. Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Mahagun Group : Builder] has agreed their full support for any modification if needed for the Project to implement Domestic PNG connection at Phase–I of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad and the Builder has also agreed to sign the Tripartite Technical Agreement between Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association (MP-AOA) and Mahagun Group {Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited)} for starting the work of laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Kindly refer to your telecon of 14th July, 2014 with Shri Surjeet Singh, General Secretary, MP-AOA thereby intimating him that you will meet the representatives and MP-AOA and Mahagun Group (Builder) for a final meeting for signing of the Tripartite Technical Agreement on 18th July, 2014 at 1500 hours (3.00 P.M.) at Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. After that, we informed everyone to attend the meeting with you on 18th July, 2014 at 1500 hours at Mahagunpuram.
12. On 17th July, 2014, when Shri Surjeet Singh (Mobile Number : 9818771316; E-mail ID : surjeet_cavs@yahoo.co.uk; info@mpaoa.in), General Secretary, MP-AOA spoke with you regarding the confirmation of the final meeting of 18th July, 2014 at 1500 hours at Mahagunpuram once again, you told him that the meeting of 18th July, 2014 at 1500 hours at Mahagunpuram has been cancelled as IGL had already received the Drawings required for the Project (Mahagunpuram, NH-24 Ghaziabad) and the route of PNG Pipelines Network was also earlier finalized by the officials of IGL. The sudden cancellation of the final meeting of 18th July, 2014 by you has caused great embarrassment to all of us.
13. In view of the above, I once again request you to kindly confirm (in writing/through e-mail) to us the fresh date, time and venue of the final meeting, convenient to you, for signing of the Tripartite Technical Agreement between IGL, MP-AOA and Mahagun Group {Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) : Builder} for starting of work for laying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) pipelines network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh) at the earliest so that residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24 should start getting Domestic PNG in their flats during this year itself and no further delay should occur in this regard as all the formalities have already been completed by all.
