Sir my sugession to all of you to stay here in society with this enviournment then will be better if you will put your concern and views presently 100% family residents weather tanent or owner are against students in society we are pleased to get people like tyagi ji at least who is trying to improve the fearless living in puram we should support him with open heart and would appreciate his efforts.

Dear All,    Yesterday evening one of my tenants (who is preparing for his exams) called me and informed that Mr. Tyagi has come to my home asked him to vacate the flat by today i.e. 08-09-2014 else Electricity Supply will be disconnected. He gave him his contact number so that I (flat owner) can talk to him.     On contacting Mr. Tyagi, he informed me that he has given a memorandum to  SP Ghaziabad and the RWA can ask the tenants to vacate the flat. On being asked what reply he got from SP, Ghaziabad he told me that nothing has been heard from there side and if you want to call me in the Court you can do so. Though, I politely told him that I am not going to do so but such forceful act of the RWA is also not good and his activity will only add financial problems to me as my EMI is linked with the rent. On being enquired if my tenants have done some mischievous, he told me that the RWA is setting an example by banishing all the student tenants from the society and it doesn't matter if they are good or bad tenants. Mr. Tyagi also told me to get the flat vaccated from student tenants by 30th September else RWA will take its action.     Earlier also I brought such type of incident on 29th May 2014 and I was asked to deposit the tenancy agreement with CSK and I had done so but the action of RWA President is beyond understanding.
