Friends what will be solution shall I succumb to the pressure of the Society and ask my Student tenants to vacate the flat or a common minimum programme can be chalked out by residents (RWA) so that Student tenants who do not create problem in the society may be asked to continue.
If the owner gives surety on behalf of such student tenants will it suffice the purpose. of the RWA. Please let me know, so that action can be taken.

Everybody is facing problems here. My opinion is totally different. We can not assume any society without students. Blaming only the students can not be justified. Even some of the flat owners are also bachelors. Family members of the flat owners are also students and bachelors. Our mind is obsessed with a wrong fact that all the students are mischievous. This is not true. We must come up with some solutions like releasing guidelines, norms, society law etc. This issue can be solved within society itself by holding some discussions. Close eye monitoring of the students can be conducted. Warning on the first offense can be issued against them who are found guilty of any unsocial acts. If the same students are found guilty for second time then any action can be taken. For this, flat owners will have to agree all the guidelines issued by the society. *****************************
