Kindly refer to my requests dated 10^thApril, 2013; 15^th April, 2013; 21^st April, 2013; 27^th April, 2013; 3^rd June, 2013; 24^th June, 2013; 20^th July, 2013; 18^th August, 2013; 29^th September, 2013; 2^nd November, 2013; 23^rd November, 2013; 19^th December, 2013; 11^th January, 2014; 1^st February, 2014; 25^th February, 2014; 22^nd March, 2014; 4^th April, 2014; 16^th April, 2014; SPEED POST Letter dated 5^th May, 2014; 16^th May, 2014; 30^th June, 2014; 12^th July, 2014; 2^nd August, 2014; 3^rd September, 2014; 8^th October, 2014; 20^th October, 2014 and 6^th November, 2014 on the above subject. I am, once again, requesting for the same.

2. Also, kindly refer to five interim replies dated 18^th January, 2014; 11^th January, 2014; 2^nd August, 2013; 14^th June, 2013 and 27^th April, 2013 received from DTC (Dtc Scindia House <dtc_trdeptt@yahoo.in>) on the above subject. No definite timeframe has been given by DTC for starting the above Bus Route and also making of Bus Stands at various places along NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Kindly give definite timeframe for that, for which we all will be highly grateful to you.

3. Also, a bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justice Pradeep Nandrajog of the Delhi High Court in September, 2013 on a PIL filed by a resident of Vaishali, Ghaziabad (Shri Mohan Singh) regarding allowing Public Transport on NH-24 between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh [News article published in The Time of India dated 20^th September, 2013 : "PIL SEEKS CITY BUSSES ON NH-24 : Link – http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/delhi/PIL-seeks-city-buses-on-NH-24/articleshow/22774932.cms] directed in their interim order as under :-

"Direct the Respondents (State Governments of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh) to undertake the process of reviewing the list of routes under the Reciprocal Common Transport Agreement, 2008 keeping in view the development of residential colonies in Ghaziabad".

4. In addition to above, kindly also refer to the following four letters dated 8^th May, 2014 [two letters] and 10^th September, 2014 (Reminder-1) [two letters] written by Shri J.N. In the past many years, scores of major Housing Projects have been completed along NH-24 corridor starting from UP Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Millions and millions of residents have also started residing in these housing projects. Some of the Areas are "Indirapuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Sector 62 and 63, NOIDA along NH-24; Siddhartha Vihar Yojana, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Crossing Republic, NH-24, Ghaziabad; ABES Engineering College, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Ashiana's 'Golf Link', NH-24, Ghaziabad; Mahagun's 'Mahagunpuram, NH-24', Ghaziabad; Ansal's 'Tanushree, NH-24', Ghaziabad; ongoing Wave City, NH-24 (4500 acres project), Ghaziabad, etc.

6. To overcome the transport needs of millions and millions of residents along NH-24 Corridor, you are requested to start negotiations afresh between DTC and U.P. Roadways to the proposed DTC Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, New Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Back along NH-24 (so that this route could also be compromised between the DTC & U.P. Roadways) which will benefit millions and millions of residents along NH-24 (DTC will also be benefited in revenue terms) for which millions and millions of residents would be highly obliged to you.

7. BUS STANDS (BUS STOPS) IN FRONT and OPPOSITE SIDE OF NH-24 OF MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24 MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH. At present, there are many Busses plying from Delhi to Hapur, Nainital, Kanpur, Lucknow, etc and Back along NH-24, Ghaziabad in front of Mahagunpuram Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Concerned authorities may please be instructed for making Bus Stands on both sides of NH-24, Ghaziabad in front of Mahagunpuram Gate, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad for the benefit of the residents of Mahagunpuram Housing Project (Mahagun Group's Housing Project), NH-24, Ghaziabad; Tanushree Housing Project (Ansal Group's Housing Project), NH-24, Ghaziabad and Entrance Gate of Wave City (Hi-Tech City : 4500 acres project), NH-24, Ghaziabad because all the three Housing Projects are adjacent to each other.

8. At least for the time being till the requested Bus Route is started/Bus Stand (Bus Stop) is made, instructions to the concerned authorities may please be issued to stop the busses which are already plying from Delhi to Hapur, Nainital, Kanpur, Lucknow, etc and back along Nh-24 at the Mahagunpuram Gate, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad.

9. In view of the above, it is requested that instructions to the concerned may please be issued for making Bus Stands (Bus Stops) on both sides of NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh so that the Busses already plying on NH-24 from Delhi to Hapur, etc. and Back (till the above requested Bus Route is started) can also stop at the following places :-

(a) Mahagunpuram Gate, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad;

(b) Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(d) ABES Engineering College/Crossing Republic, NH-24;

(e) Vijay Nagar Bypass, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(f) Siddhartha Vihar, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(g) Sector 63, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(h) Sector 62, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(j) CISF Crossing, Indirapuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(k) Sarojini Naidu Marg, NH-24, Ghaziabad;

(l) Gaur Green City, Indirapuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad; and

(m) UP Gate Police Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad.

10. There are Bus Stands already there made by the concerned authorities on the side of Delhi along the Bus Route requested from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad and Back.

11. On 17^th October, 2014, our MP-AOA (Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association), Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201002 had received a telephone call from Telephone Number : 011 – 24197900 from the Office of Hon'ble Minister of State for External Affairs / Overseas Indian Affairs that the above requests have been forwarded by their Office to the Office of Hon'ble Minister for Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H) for further necessary action and Office of Hon'ble Minister for Road Transport and Highways had forwarded the above requests to the Office of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) for further necessary action and review. We all are grateful for this positive response.

12. In view of the above, you are, once again, requested to start negotiations afresh between DTC and U.P. Roadways for the proposed DTC Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad and Back so that this route could also be compromised/sanctioned between DTC & U.P. Roadways. Bus Stands (Bus Stops) may also please be got made at the twelve places as mentioned at Para 9 (a) to (m) above. By sanctioning this Bus Route/Bus Stands, you will help millions of residents residing along NH-24 Corridor for which they all would be highly obliged to you.
