May I know,from where this came to your knowledge that builder is sending the mail for new "NAKSHA" approval , if you got the information from AOA,then AOA should also informed to the residents but such type message didn't paste on the notice board and if you have any content related with this matter,you may also share this on blog,this will help to the owners,who are not residing in the society.
