Pls make us help to decide right candidate with open debate as r p singh ji suggested I welcome his idea to make us clear to vote. both the parties which will clear both future agenda whome we will like will go for vote.
It's very tough to understand each other here on group may be you are knowing m also that person who oppose wrong things openly sorry to say sir but till not m not at all convinced with this discussion there may lack of knowledge and understanding both end.
You nominate someone from your panel to debate and would like to request with existing aoa or other panel also to nominate so what being a Mahagunpuram resident I also have right to know everything from all the volunteers.

As per you, Transparency means to share the detail if you are force to share otherwise you can't. Because as per UP apartment Act -2010 you can only authorize to share the financials only on GBM / AGM otherwise you'll be get penalize if you are fair enough with the resident. 2) 2.First of all we would like to know the definition of active members because we would love to join this group "active members", and as per your thought only these 75 members / resident are only capable and rest of the resident are not capable. We have to add more and more residents to get the contribution from all of them. 3) 3.If I am not wrong, the financials of the Janmastami festival didn't do public till date. I think you are not much aware what happen in Durga pooja (DPS) with the intruders, some points I would love to share. One of the executive members of DPS (Durga Pooja samiti) was only the whole sole authority of the team and there was monopoly. The anchoring distribution was not done by as per panel result. Even executive member of DPS mentally harassed some of the team mates those are intruder, I personally knows those persons who faces these issues. Still those ladies supported Durga Pooja with full of heart and contribute their best to make successful. Even some ladies were also wants to perform in dance competition,but they were not allowed in club house for dance practice. This type of resident we have in our society, we should also appreciate them. 4) 4.When Ganga tower Resident started the Cleaning mission in his tower at that time there was not available any cleaning team officials/cleaning committee from AOA and would also like to inform you that all resident supported the same and come forward. THIS IS INTIATED and LEAD by RESIDENT OF GANGA TOWER ONLY NOT by any AOA LEADER. By mistaken you mentioned that swach abhiyan was in the leadership of AOA tower manager (He is respected resident of our tower; don't use this for the political proposition). This will not be accepted by the resident. In future if any resident will do some work for welfare then you'll use that for your TEAM promotion. 5) 5.Dear for secured visitor parking in Night, why are you doing so complicated process like RTI etc. You just need to define the dedicated space and to arrange the proper security for full night. even I m also complaint in AOA complaint register about petrol stolen from my bike, but no action taken till date. 6) 6. No one is claiming that you are culprit for this security issue but you are the person who rated this security team to 10 out of 10 at the time of selection. 7) 7.We don't want to change the whole panel. Just want to add on something. Those are capable and was doing good have already won the election with full of support. 8) 8.We also want the clarity; why your executive members are forcing the neighbors (belongs to same tower) of Gaurav Ji to withdraw his nomination. If there are Transparency. 9) 9.You are talking about fire fighting awareness, have you visited in the towers whenever you have time that how many firefighting panel in towers are in working condition. So many times I have noticed that panels are switched off and I approach to CSK through security guard. Uttam Ji, This is first time this election festival come in our society then what is wrong to participate in that, before this time no one was elected by all resident. This complete show is running by the residents and we all always get the support from them directly / indirectly. Don't say that you didn't get support from Residents, if resident are not supporting to you then how can you expect the support from AOA team. Because whatever the money you have in AOA account that belongs to mangunpuram resident. Further, we would also request you to support and welcome all new members who want to add on something and they will try to increase the arms of the team. We all will definitely resolve your complaint that no other resident other than the active members come forward to support Aadarsh Mahagunpuram. In last, all resident would also like to know the views and thoughts of all the panel members whom you are supporting and those are already won the election without contest.
