Hi , As per our discussion with builder..they don't require any consent from the resident of mahagunpuram phase -1....this mail/information is related to phase -2 only.

Please don't mind. We just want to know that what is the difference between new and old layout " Naksha" ?

And what pressure AOA has created on the builder ?

Being A RESIDENT we all should know .

Infact we will follow all the guidelines issued by our AOA.
