[Mahagunpuram] VODAFONE network related in Mahagun Puram



Hello all,

I'm using Vodafone Post Paid Corporate Plan since 2009 and shifted to Mahagun Puram in Aug 2013 and there was no Vodafone network issue in Mahagun Puram at that time. Since Oct 2014 I started facing issue in Vodafone network and raised my first complaint to Vodafone and since then following up with Vodafone network team and what I came to know till now from different sources in bits and pieces after a lot of talks with Vodafone is in order to make signal strength better in a nearby society and some nearby areas they made some changes in few Vodafone sites without knowing that this can effect Mahagun Puram signals. This Network issue started happening in Mahagun Puram after that. And it seems which they do not want to reverse.

We just need to force Vodafone network engineer and officials to reverse those changes or come with a better alternative rather than touching our society in any way.

Rather than allowing Vodafone to install equipments inside the society and run wires all over the society and making the society more mess of wires.  We all Vodafone members need to force Vodafone network engineer and officials to correct this network issue without touching our society.

Questions:

How come other providers are able to provide good reception without installing anything in our society?

How come Vodafone was able to provide good reception four months before?

Tomorrow if we start facing issue with other providers then do we need to run there messy wires too all over the society and install there equipments too?

Answer is simple we all need to force Vodafone to correct there signal strength from all the nearby towers surrounding Mahagun Puram.
