Hi Ankit,
On Jan 06, 2015, Manish (from M/s Mahagun) had informed me that request for releasing the penalty amount has already been forwarded to the concerned authority; cheque should be available for dispatch by Jan 15, 2015.
Although since then, I have not received any communication / update from Mahagun regarding delay in releasing the penalty payment cheque (which was expected to be made available by Jan 15, 2015).
Let us wait & see if they can arrange the cheque by next 2-3 days.
