(2140 hours) regarding 'Sanctioning of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh'; 30th November, 2014 and 20th December, 2014 on the above subject. I am, once again, requesting for the same.
2. Also, kindly refer to IGL's replies dated 3rd February, 2014 and 13th March, 2014 regarding supplying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. In addition to above, kindly also refer to your positive reply dated 7th July, 2014 at 8:30 A.M. (0830 Hours) to the undersigned, as under :-
"I have already explained to Mr Sheetal Tyagi the process and our full support for any modification if needed from Project to implement the PNG at PH-I of Mahagun Puram. You organise the date and time for the tripartite signing off of the Agreement between all of us and let me know".
4. Many thanks for agreeing your full support for constructional modification work for laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and also approving to sign the Technical Agreement between Mahagun Group : Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited); Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association (MP-AOA). We all are grateful to you for this.
5. In the meeting of 3rd September, 2014, which was held at Mahagunpuram Club, Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, between the Officers/Officials/Executive Members of Indraprashtha Gas Limited (IGL); Builder [Mahagun Group : Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited)] and Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association (MP-AOA), it was agreed by the Builder that the Builder will start the constructional modification works (as suggested and approved by the IGL) for laying Domestic PNG Connections Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad from the month of September, 2014 itself and the constructional modification works will be completed within one month by the Builder. In the meeting of 3rd September, 2014, it was also agreed by the IGL that, after the completion of constructional modification work by the Builder, IGL will start the further laying of Domestic PNG Connections Pipelines Network/installation of Meters, etc for all the residents of all the Flats (Blocks/Towers) at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad.
6. Kindly refer to your positive reply dated 10th November, 2014 at 11:51 A.M. (1151 hours) to the undersigned, as under :-
"As it is there was no provision made for supplying PNG connectivity in Ph-1. However, after due deliberation and convincing as promised, the design is being worked out in such a manner to avoid inconvenience to either the residents or the project who has to execute the pipeline laying and provide the safety of the pipeline over the surface. It is a matter of safety concerns for all. We are looking into the aspect which shall be finalized by end November 2014".
7. Many thanks for your above positive response dated 10th November, 2014 at Para 6 above. We all are grateful for your above positive response.
8. Aspect of safety concerns for all was also discussed by the IGL, Builder (Mahagun Group) and MP-AOA. Only after that, it was agreed by all to sanction 'Domestic PNG connections for the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh'.
9. In view of the promises and positive responses from the Builder on 7th July, 2014; 3rd September, 2014 and 10th November, 2014, it is requested that instructions may please be issued to the concerned to start and complete the constructional modification works for laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with immediate effect positively and also instruct them to complete it at the earliest, so that no further delay should occur in this regard as already considerable delay has been occurred regarding this. Thereafter, IGL will start further laying of Domestic PNG Connections Pipelines Network/installation of Meters, etc for all the residents of all the Flats (Blocks/Towers) at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, only after the completion of the constructional modification works by the Builder. We all will be highly grateful to you for that.
