Also, kindly refer to replies dated 03February 2014 & 13March 2014 of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and positive promises/replies dated 07July 2014, 03September 2014 & 10 November 2014 of Mahagun Group : Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Builder] regarding 'Sanctioning of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh'.

3. Constructional modification work for Domestic PNG Pipelines Connections Network for the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad was started by the Builder in December, 2014 adjacent to Bhagirathi Block (Tower), Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad. Thereafter, the constructional modification work was abruptly stopped by the concerned officers/officials/agencies of the Builder. It is, once again, requested that necessary instructions to the concerned officers/officials/agencies may please be given to re-start and complete the constructional modification work for Domestic PNG Pipelines Connections Network for the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad which was started by them in December 2014, so that Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) can start further laying of Domestic PNG Connections Pipelines Network/installation of Meters, etc for all the residents of all the Flats (Blocks/Towers) at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad as considerable delay has already happened in this regard. We all will be highly grateful to you for that.

4. Photographs of starting of constructional modification work adjacent to Bhagirathi Block (Tower), Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad by the Builder in December, 2014 were attached/forwarded to all concerned on 20th April, 2015; 25th April, 2015; 1st May, 2015; 8th May, 2015 and 16th May, 2015.

5. The Official Website dated 21^st May, 2015 of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) with the subject 'PNG Coverage' [Link : http://www.portal.igl.co.in/wps/PA_NewConnAreaUpload/HtmlReport/SubAreaListing.jsp : Document already attached/forwarded on 21st May, 2015 for information, perusal and further necessary action] mentioned PNG Coverage for Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with the following details :-

(a) Serial Number : 4272.
(b) Sub Area Description : Mahagunpuram.
(c) Area Description : NH 24, Mehrauli.
(d) City : Ghaziabad.
(e) Tentative Start Date : 12th December, 2014.
(f) Tentative End Date : 31st December, 2015.

6. It is evidently clear from Para 5 above, that PNG Coverage by Indraprastha Gas Limited for Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh will be completed tentatively by 31st December, 2015.

7. In view of the above and also in view of the promises/positive responses (in writing by the Builder on 7th July, 2014; 3rd September, 2014 & 10th November, 2014) and also the fact that the construction modification work was also started by the Builder in December 2014, it is, once again, requested that necessary instructions may please be issued to the concerned officers/officials/agencies to re-start and complete the constructional modification work (as promised) for laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with immediate effect positively and also instruct them to complete it at the earliest, so that no further delay should occur in this regard as already considerable delay has been occurred regarding this. Thereafter, IGL will start further laying of Domestic PNG Connections Pipelines Network/installation of Meters, etc for all the residents of all the Flats (Blocks/Towers) at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, only after the completion of the constructional modification work by the Builder. We all will be highly grateful to you for that.

8. Since the Builder [Mahagun Group : Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited)] has not re-started the constructional modification work which it started in December 2014 and had abruptly stopped it in January 2015, I request the concerned Officers of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) to either direct the Builder to re-start the stopped constructional modification work or IGL to take over themselves the constructional modification work also from the Builder and complete it in a time bound way as PNG Coverage for Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh by IGL is also mentioned in the Official Website dated 21^st May, 2015 of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) [Link : http://www.portal.igl.co.in/wps/PA_NewConnAreaUpload/HtmlReport/SubAreaListing.jsp] with tentative start date as 12 December 2014 and tentative end date
as 31 December 2015. We all would be highly grateful to you for this.
