1.      Kindly refer to my requests dated 6th January, 2013; 9th January, 2013; 7th May, 2013, 8th May, 2013; 28th May, 2013; 17th August, 2014; 23rdAugust, 2014; 8th November, 2014; 6th December, 2014; 26th December, 2014; 28th April, 2015; 24th June, 2015; 13th October, 2015 and 26th October, 2015 on the above subject.  The above subject matter is pending since long.  I am, once again, requesting for the same.

 

2.      Also, kindly refer to replies dated 29th May, 2013; 30th May, 2013 and 28th August, 2014 received from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H) / National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on the above subject.

 

3.      According to Request for Proposal (Letter of Invitation) dated 4th March, 2014 [Official Website Link of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) : http://www.nhai.org/Doc/4mar14/RFP-DME.pdf] of the Authority [National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways)], the Bid Due Date on the above subject was 6th June, 2014 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids at venue was 6th June, 2014 at 1130 hours.

 

4.      According to revised Request for Proposal (Letter of Invitation) dated27th July, 2015 (Official Website Link of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) : http://www.nhai.org/procurement_current.asp) of the Authority [National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways)], the Bid Due Date on the above subject was revised to 15thSeptember, 2015 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids was revised to 15th September, 2015 at 1130 hours. 

 

5.      National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), vide letter No. NHAI/Delhi-Hapur/Pkg-I/2015/25 dated 8thSeptember, 2015, had extended the Bid Due Date on the above subject to15th October, 2015 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids to 15th October, 2015 at 1130 hours.

 

6.      National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), vide letter No. NHAI/Delhi-Hapur/Pkg-I/2015/25 dated 9th October, 2015, had again extended the Bid Due Date on the above subject to 2ndNovember, 2015 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids to 2nd November, 2015 at 1130 hours.

 

7.      National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), vide letter No. NHAI/Delhi-Hapur/Pkg-II/2015/26 dated 23rd October, 2015, had once again extended the Bid Due Date on the above subject to 18th November, 2015 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids to 18th November, 2015 at 1130 hours.

 

8.      National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), vide letter No. NHAI/Delhi-Hapur/Pkg-I/2015/25 dated 9th November, 2015, had once again further extended the Bid Due Date on the above subject to 30th November, 2015 (up to 1100 hours) and Opening of Technical Bids to 30th November, 2015 at 1130 hours.

 

9.      As inordinate delay has already been occurred on the above subject and in view of the above, it is requested that National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) may please not give any further extension on the above subject so that the work can be started for the widening of NH-24 soon without any further delay for the benefit of all the residents residing along NH-24 Corridor and also general public at large.
