Respected Sir,

1. Kindly refer to my requests dated 25^th April, 2015; 9^th May, 2015; 15^th June, 2015; 4^th July, 2015; 5^th August, 2015; Speed Post Letter dated 20^th September, 2015; 5^th December, 2015; 19^th March, 2016; 25^th May, 2016; 1^st July, 2016; 12^th August, 2016 2^ndSeptember, 2016; Thanks letter dated 14^th September, 2016; 29^th October, 2016; Thanks letter dated 22^nd November, 2016; Thanks letter dated 26^th January, 2017; 8^th June, 2017; 5^th July, 2017; 17^th July, 2017; 2^nd August, 2017 and 19^th August, 2017 on the above subject. I am, once again, requesting you to kindly re-start the work relating to installation of already approved one more Lift (Third Lift) with ARD at all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Residents had booked Flats in various Blocks (Towers) of Project 'Mahagunpuram' at NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh with effect from May, 2009 onwards. Registry from the Registration Office, Tehsil, Ghaziabad and Physical Possession from Builder of the Flats in various Blocks (Towers) by the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh had been done with effect from November, 2012 onwards. Also, our MP-AOA [Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association], Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh] had been registered with the Competent Authority in December, 2013.

3. At present, there are only two lifts provided / installed for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh for the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24. The residents are facing great difficulties regarding this. The ratio of lifts with regard to the number of floors for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24 is very low due to which too much hardship is being faced by the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24. At least, one more lift (third lift) may please be provided / installed for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24 for the residents so that the residents could not face difficulties in future as they are facing presently. There is already provision for that and also the fact that there is enough space for two more lifts adjacent to the present two lifts in all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24 so that at least one more lift (third lift) can be provided / installed immediately for the benefits of residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24 for which we all will be highly grateful to you all.

4. Kindly refer to reply dated 2^nd August, 2016 received by me from the Office of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh (apkacm-up@nic.in) regarding providing/installing one more Lift (Third Lift) for all Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, as under:-

"Your e-mail dated 19^th March, 2016 on the above subject has been received by the Office of Hon'ble Chief Minister and the same has been forwarded to Chief Secretary / Secretary – Housing and Urban Planning / Chairman – Ghaziabad Development Authority, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) for further necessary action".

5. Also, kindly refer to reply dated 9^th September, 2016 received by me from the Office of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh (apkacm-up@nic.in) regarding providing/installing one more Lift (Third Lift) for all Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, as under:-

"Your e-mail dated 12^th August, 2016 on the above subject has been received by the Office of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the same has been forwarded to Chief Secretary / Secretary – Housing and Urban Planning / Chairman – Ghaziabad Development Authority, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) for further necessary action".

6. In view of the above and also the fact that the ratio of lifts with regard to the number of floors for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24 is very low, we requested that necessary instructions may please be issued to the concerned officers / officials to provide one more lift (third lift) for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad at the earliest so that the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad could not face difficulties in future as they are facing presently.

7. Many thanks for confirming on 14^th September, 2016 the approval of one more Lift (Third Lift) with Anti Rescue Device [ARD] for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad.

8. Also, many thanks for placing the order for the installation of one more lift (Third Lift) with ARD for the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad. Kindly refer to letter No. MREPL/CONT/LOI/OTIS/16-17/7078 dated 20^th December, 2016 (copy attached) of Mahagun (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited), Sector – 62, NOIDA - 201301 to OTIS Elevator Company (India) Limited, Malad (West), Mumbai - 400064 regarding 'Letter of Intent for installation of one more lift (Third Lift) for Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram Phase – I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh)'. We all are highly grateful to you for that.

9. Kindly refer to the following Notice of MP-AOA of April, 2017 regarding starting of work relating to installation of Third Lift with Anti Rescue Device [ARD] for the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, as under :-

"नमस्कार, सभी साथियों को हर्ष के साथ सूचित किया जाता है, हमारी सोसाइटी मे तृतीय लिफ्ट से सम्बंधित सिविल का कार्य प्रारम्भ हो चुका है।अभी इसको रिद्धी और गंगा टॉवर से आरम्भ किया गया है। जल्द ही यह सिविल सम्बंधित कार्य सभी टॉवर मे पूर्ण किया जाएगा, जिसका सम्भावित समय 2 माह का है। इसके तत्पश्चात ही ओटिस के द्वारा लिफ्ट लगाने 'Installation' का कार्य आरम्भ हो जायेगा। साथ ही, सभी से विनती है इस कार्य के चलते धूल ,टूटफूट आदि समस्याओ की दिक्कत आ सकती है। जिसके लिये हमें खेद है। इसके अतिरिक्त कॉरिडोर मे बच्चो के आवागमन के समय सुरक्षा का भी पूर्ण ध्यान रखने मे सहयोग प्रदान करे। हमारी कोशिश होगी, इस निर्माण को हर सम्भावित सुरक्षा के दायरे मे करवाया जाये। इस विकास कार्य की आप सभी मित्रों को ढेरी बधाइयाँ। धन्यवाद। आपकी एम पी – ऐ ओ ऐ"।

10. In addition to above, kindly also refer to Notice of Team CSK of April, 2017 (copy attached) regarding starting of work relating to installation of Third Lift with Anti Rescue Device [ARD] for the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad.

11. After the issue of above Letter of Intent dated 20^th December, 2016 by Mahagun and two Notices of April, 2017 by MP-AOA / Team CSK, it was hoped that the Third Lift with ARD will be installed for the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram soon.

12. Till date, the work relating to installation of Third Lift with Anti Rescue Device [ARD] for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad has not been started even after the approval of it in September, 2016.

13. In view of the above, it is, once again, requested that necessary instructions may please be issued to the concerned officers / officials to re-start the work relating to installation of already approved Third Lift with Anti Rescue Device (ARD) for all the Blocks (Towers) of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad at the earliest so that the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad could not face difficulties in future as they are facing presently.
