Dear AOA executives ,

 

please provide clarity on points like audit team etc.Now it's your duty to provide satifactory response to every resident. If you are managing this show.

 

We also have to do small change in our AOA team like two members ( one male and one female ) from every building should be slected so that we can focus on all issues of entire society

Now our society RWA has started the members registration with a fee amount ₹1000,It is a good initiate,but some points may be raise here-

1.Basis of calculation of registration fee.

2.Mode of payment-Cash or cheque or DD.

3.In case of cash collection,will treasurer retain the cash with himself or invest in FD and deposit in the bank      account.

4.How many members have been registered,an list may be disclosed time to time.

5.Terms and condition of RWA should be disclosed at the time of registration.

6.Now where valuable transaction is involved,an internal checkpoint should be implemented.

7.A receipt and payment should be maintained.

I also observed that in AOA list no Internal audit committee is appointed,who will the evaluate the performance of RWA.

8.Tenure of RWA.
