HOUSE TAX PAYMENT BY THE RESIDENTS OF MAHAGUNPURAM, NH-24, MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD – 201002, UTTAR PRADESH.
Registry and Physical Possession of the Flats by the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh has been done with effect from NOVEMBER, 2012 onwards and majority of the residents have done their Registry and taken Physical Possession of their Flats by MARCH, 2013 by paying all the Payments/Charges/Taxes, etc due to be paid by them to all the concerned Agencies {including Mahagun India Private Limited (Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited) [Builder]; Central Government, State Government of Uttar Pradesh; etc}.
Also, our MP-AOA [Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association, Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh] has been got registered with the Competent Authority in DECEMBER, 2013.
Has anybody received notice for the payment of House Tax for the Flats at Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh? If not, then our MP-AOA should also take steps so that we should get Bills for the payment of House Tax. Otherwise, in future, we will have to pay Bills of House Tax with arrears.
