Dont go for Tikona whatever they say.
BSNL is providing Internet on FIBRE OPTIC in Mahagun Puram and we are lucky as it is the best medium and the best technology.
BSNL is charging Rupees 150 more as a rent for there optical modem.
Speed depends on the plan you opt.
I suggest all to go with BSNL in Mahagun Puram as it is on Fibre optic. No complaints with BSNL Broadband in Mahagun Puram.
