[Mahagunpuram] Against the “AMC circular for equipments”

Hello All,

There is a circular on notice board in every tower for AMC charges for equipment maintenance.

Why would we pay any extra AMC charges when we are already paying the decided charges every month?

And also the big question is whatever we are currently paying every month where that money is going?
