[Mahagunpuram] Complaint regarding water leakage and water logging at designated underground parking slot [3 Attachments]

Dear Mahagunpuram CSK team,

This with reference to issue of water leakage and water logging at underground parking (Parking slot no.C-479, Bhagirathi tower basement). We have highlighted the issue many times in past but nothing has been done yet. Kindly refer attached pictures for your reference.

- Source of water leakage is poor water proofing between tower structure and concrete ground work. Thus water leaks from the joint between tower basement and ground concrete slab (see picture, leakage area is marked for reference)

- Reason for water logging is poor flooring/sloping work done in underground parking thus water stays for weeks with no ventilation or proper outlet to drain. No one cares to clean water too.

- This leads to unhygienic atmosphere leading to rise in mosquito breeding (which also affects the CSK and Maintenance team as they are based out of basement office). It is also inconvenient to use the parking on daily basis as we have to step in dirty water to use the car. With continuous leakage it also damages the car in long run.

Request CSK team to look into the matter. We suggest to at least do proper flooring so water doesn't stays for many days.
