Subject: GBM to be held on 3rd July, 2016 - FROM MP AOA

NOTICE

Owners Association to be held on 03-07-2016 (Sunday) at 05 P.M. at badminton court,  in club house of the society, Mahagunpuram, NH-24 GHAZIABAD-201002 , to transact the following agenda:-

1. To consider and adopt report by General Secretary

2. To consider and adopt Audited Balance Sheet of financial year 2015-16

3. To consider and adopt the resolutions moved by Executive Committee (EC).

4. To Consider and adopt the resolutions, if any, moved by members.

5. Question Answer session on matters related to electricity, maintenance charges, CSK etc.

6. To consider any other business that may be brought forward during G.B.M. with the prior permission of the chair.

It is further informed that, if any member intends to move any resolution in the General Body Meeting for item no. 4, he/she is requested to send the same in writing, in duplicate, to the Secretary duly proposed and seconded by at least one other member each, so as to reach the undersigned latest by 30-06-2016 (20:00 hrs). All such resolutions will be notified on the MPAOA notice board on 01-07-2016, which shall be deemed as notice to the members of the MPAOA. Resolutions not submitted in the above manner will not be accepted for placing before the General Body Meeting.

If quorum is not complete within half-an-hour of the scheduled time on 03-07-2016, the General Body Meeting will be adjourned for further half-an-hour and the same will be held thereafter on the same day and place for considering the same agenda and no further notice will be given for the adjourned meeting.

Resolutions moved by EC

Resolution No. 1: Resolved to Authorize the Executive Committee to initiate legal steps against Mahagun Real Estate P Ltd./GDA/Other Authorities on following grounds.

Sewage/Drainage line connection.

Implementation of UP Apartment Act.

Any other Issue deemed necessary by Executive Committee.

Further resolved to authorize the EC to assess and collect contribution from residents for legal expenses.

Resolution No. 2: Resolved to Authorize the EC to take steps to issue club cards for Tenants Entry in Club, gym and swimming pool.

Resolution No.3:  To consider and continue Policy of Tenancy to 0families only.

Resolution No. 4: To consider and adopt Policy for Commercial activities in flats. E.g. Kids Schooling, Medical services, Retailing of Merchandize, Beauty parlor, Tuitions, Boutique, Encroachment of Common Area in arcade etc.

Resolution No. 5: To consider and adopt Policy for compensation in respect of any loss/damage/Theft from any unidentified situation/person.
