Ref: Parking Sticker issues to a unknown party with out Parking Owners Intent and approval, may cause a security concern of the society.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the owner of parking number C233 (Flat 1852 Ganga Tower) , want to have your attention to the below incident and request a proper action and root cause of the incident to be provided.
For my parking space a illegal/non authorised Sticker is provided to a unknown party with out my concern and approval. The unknown party is using the striker to illegally entering the Mahagun premises and using the parking space as well.
Kindly arrange for the needful to,
1. Takeover the illegal/non authorised sticker from the concern party.
2. Provide the reason why this sticker was issues to the non authorised party as it may cause s serious security concern to Managuan Society.
I am currently not available in society and authorising my wife Mrs Shikha Bhatnagar and Sister Mrs Shivani Bhatnagar to be contacted and to perform any action on the incident. They are currently in the society.
Your urgent response on this will be highly appreciated as this is security concern of the society as well. We tried contacted the unknown party as well but he refused to hanover the sticker to us and complaint also lodged in Society office.

I am posting this in the group as a unknown/known non authorised party is entering the society and there may be some more cases. Apology if this is not relevant for the group.
