Guys,

Recently, I had been to Delhi/NCR region for some official work and could spare some time to check out the project status of Mahagun-Mahagunpuram development. Below are some updates:

1. The 1st floor slab of many blocks is about to complete. So, we should expect the next demand letter very soon. The construction is in full swing.

2. They are in the process of getting approval to increase number of floors in certain blocks (may be up to 19th). It is not yet clear that which blocks they are planning to target. However they are in the process of approval.

3. New blocks have been open for booking. Please check layout for the same. Mahagun is planning to charge even road-facing PLC now.

4.The builder is planning to install 3 lifts in the Riddhi block. Although this is yet not finalized. The information is from a reliable source.

#1 and 3 are good from the perspective buyer's point of view. However point #2 will dilute share holding of current buyers in the upcoming society.
