Any idea if the project is going on schedule...???
Till now, it seems to be on schedule. As, last time; they were sure to complete ground floor slab in March; and indeed completed.
In fact I have heard that, they plan to raise the floors from 14 to 19; and still confident to get it completed by December-2011.
sorry to bother you guys....am out of town for a month or so...I'll be more than grateful if any one may please let me know if Mahagun has raised demand after completion of 5th floor roof slab....

I think, Mahagun has not yet sent installment of 5th floor roof. The Ground floor roof was completed in March-Mid. from this pace, we should expect next demand letter somewhere near August-mid or later.
However, the demand letter for misc payment installment should be expected (due date 30-May)
Thanks for update Gyani. I am prepared for 30 May installment of parking and EDC. I have been to side in April end. At that time they were planning for 4th floor roof. So I think for Vinayak tower, they may raise demand after 5th floor slab anytime during June. I'll be grateful if you may please make me informed in case you get any update as I have already told, I am out of Delhi for 1 month.

I have got latest pics of Mahagunpuram development site, which clearly show that Vinayak tower will get its 5th slab very soon. However, I think the demand letter would be released in one go for all the towers with 30th Sep deadline.
I will post the pictures soon.
Regarding demand letter, I will keep a check and post on the blog about.
