Mahagun Mahagunpuram Project Status : 20 Jul 2010

Friends,

I have not yet received the demand letter for 5th floor roof completion. Mine is Riddhi block.

Meanwhile, I got update that the 5th floor roof ceiling of some of the blocks are still under constructions. They are likely to get completed by July end, and you can expect the demand letter around first week of August, 2010.

Here are some update in the Mahagun project.
- The prices are revised and changed a bit.
- Some ground floor blocks have been introduced as LIG block in the Riddhi/Vidhi/Sidhi (approx area 550 SQ FT Super built up).
- The new block Ganaga is also open with new area/layout.

Guys, I have one more request. I would like to make this forum more stronger as an association. This will be of great help in later stage of Mahagunpuram related issues. Please let other know about this blog and pursue them to join here.

I saw a similar group known as CROMA for crossing republic, who took care of many issue in their housing project. They have formed a strong enough group to pressurize builders and govt agencies; in case of any issue in their housing project (such as dumping ground issue.)

Please post your suggestion.

Does any one know that how many towers will be there in Mahagunpuram? I remember initially I was told by Mahagun officials that there will be 7.

Hi friends

I have my flat in Vinayak. Today I went to see the construction status. I clicked few photo and video. I want to post those. But I don't know how to do that.

I also talked to builder that if I want to make a minor change in my flat (such as a slab on the wall so that I may get the wood work done later to convert it to boxes) but seems they don't agree. Putting slab on the wall can be good idea because it store lots of stuff in. I also conveyed to him that I can pay for that but still they don't agree.

Guys what do you say, how we can make the builder agree for that.

best of luck for all owners of flats.

Hi Anonymous,

Currently, there are 7 blocks open for booking. But actually there would be 4 more blocks, so total 11 blocks in complete project.

You can also check the project layout plan at the following post:

Hi Sunil,

Please reuest those people to join this blog. Initially we can make this blog as a networking place between all future mahagunpuram members.

We can give posting rights to all members, so that they can post any update along with comments.

Everyone, please let me know your opinion.

Hi LBS,

Please send me those photos at my.arena@gmail.com , I will post them on the blog.

As far I see in the floor plan and 3D models, there are already place for almiraah (cuboard), of course without wooden cover (Later on we can fit a wooden cupboard in the place.)
