Recently there was a ruling from supreme court stating that builders can no longer charge for Parking space in the apartment. Do we have any experts in our group who can throw some light on the details and the practicality of the ruling ?

Hi Kapil,
I also read this news in detail. Although this ruling is in favor of customers, but what builders are saying that they will raise the base price of the flats to accommodate the parking charges.
