Here is more details about Mahagunpuram commercial shops.
1. No of shops : 46 (Divided in Basement + Ground Floor + 1st Floor)
2. Rates:
Basement and 1st floor : INR 5000 per SFT
Ground floor: INR 7700 per SFT
3. Size of the shops:
260 SFT builtup area, translated into 165 SFT carpet area.
- There are few shops left on ground floor as of now, while in the basement and 1st floor, they are readily available.
- There is no loan support for the purchase. Its all cash transactions.

Another small update - yesterday I was passing-by from site and seen a large hoarding saying "Guaranteed Possession within 12 months". I think its a good sign as they reduced guarantee of 15 months (given in July) to 12 months in Nov. means the pace is going as they've expected.
