Open parking space should not be charged by the builder: An Issues

Greetings!

I am Brijesh Karnatak booked a Flat at Mahagun 807 Riddhi.

This is in regard to the payment letter that we have received from Mahagun against Car Parking and
EDC/FFC.

As Ho'ble Supreme Court has passed a judgement that open car parking cannot be sold out. As per the judgement given "Under Section 78 of MOFA Act" , In this regard I would appreciate your opinion as well.

Since We indian have to fight for the rights in order to get the justice and in spite of being aware of the fact if we ignore then the other party get benefited of that. Since a common man is either unaware of the information or do not take interest on the matters.

So I have tried my level best since I received the letter and tried to contact as many as 20 guys who have booked a flat at Mahagun, and told them this is not legal and we need to discuss among our self along with a lawyer to have a second thought before disbursing the payment for open Car Parking.

I would appreciate your opinion in this regard. I had already spoken to approx 4-5 members of the Blog and got an overwhelming response.

So Please Guys lets have your opinion on this ASAP and your availablity for the meeting on SUNDAY....Depanding upon the response we can decide the Venue and time so that Maximum of us can meet.
