My Talk with Mahagun Authorities regarding Construction Problems.

Hello Friends,
                     I have read your opinions in the blog regarding height of the tower and road in between Commercial market and the society.I have a flat in Riddhi Tower.I have to say something in following points which I have known from Mahagun authorities when these decisions were taken about 1year ago.
1.            All Towers have been desinged from basement with stong pillars to support upto G+19 floors from start of construction way back from 18months ago.and have been desinged for ZoneV earthquake as against currently ZoneIV in Delhi NCR.So we dont have to Worry for this.
2.           The towers which are extended to 19th floor have three Lift as against the tower with 14th floor have only 2Lifts.So the Problem will ease a lot for going up thru lifts.
3.There will be additional gate with Security Guards&Intercom facility at the entrance on the road intersecting Commercial Complex and Residential Society as told me by the Marketing team in Mahagunpuram and as shown in their latest site layout plan in their marketing office.
4.Some people were worried about the quality of tiles being used in Drawing-Dining&Bedrooms floors .Their is good news that they are using 2X2Polished vetrified tiles of Kajaria Brand and flooring of tiles have started in some towers also.

This is certainly a good news. I am not aware of all these earthquake zone information but i feel mahagun wont try to diminish its image by using inferior standards. In my opinion, we should go and talk them on periodical basis to mitigate all confusions.

No Man initailly they told us 14 flooor now 19 floor u can conduct vote and ask how many ppl know that its gonna b 19 floor not even 10 ppl will say this... the problem will stead of 500 famlites now there will be 600 families... on 14 acres of land conjustion probelm is biggest probs.....delay in possesssion is an another issue....security is another issue we need to meet on 9 april 2011 to discuss..... let me know u r coming...

I agree with Akhil. They should have be told this at the time of booking. We all booked the flat considering 14th floors building and now they want to add 5 more floors and it certainly add conjustion problem and moreover we all have to share the common amenities (like club, central park, pool) among 600 families instead of 500. We surely need to raise this matter.

Hi Amit/Vipul/Akhil/Ankush,

Anybody purchased flat under Pre EMI Sharing option. In addition to your above issue, Mahagun is cheating people who purchase above in EMI Sharing option.

Mahagun is not agreeing for paying Penalty for delay in handing over flat to buyers. (After January 2012)
