Re: Regarding issues in Mahagunpuram Project

Guyz...

It feels like a big scam in mahagunpuram project with so many issues comming up and we are being made fool in buying costly house (in the name of affordable house).

Lets unit, else we will regret for this inactiveness... Meanwhile, I see that there is an agent's name on the blog? Does this blog belongs to an agent? If not, would request moderator to remove any specific instance of any agent to show its independent community blog....

Dear friend,

I am moderater of this community, and assure that this community blog does not belong to any agent!

I am also an owner in Mahagunpuram (Riddhi block). You can get more details in the contact sheet.

Anyway, accept the independence of this blog as community blog and remove any agent's information soon.

Also, the EDC charges that we have paid is based on total expenses for external development divided by the number of flats. So, if the towers are going from G-14 to G-19, the EDC charge should also decrease.

Hi Guys,

Appreciate for putting the awareness.

As Kunal Rightly said EDC charges should decrease if the tower are increasing. Lets join hand together and discuss with mahagun as a first level of discussion.

I think its better if the moderator would plan for a meeting at some place like a park(Indraprastha/SwarnJayanti/E.t.c) where all can meet and discuss over the strategy.

Hi Gyanendra,

I would suggest you to please SMS all guys from any website which provides the free facility of SMS, for the meeting. Also try to plan it like 2 weeks ahead so that we can spread the message as much as possible and get better response.
