On Request of few members on email... Please find below the latest price-on-paper for Mahagunpuram phase 2. For new member, please keep in mind, before purchase:
- Must visit the phase-1 flats for detailed layout of the flat. Must visit both furnished and unfurnished flat for details.
- Mahagunpuram phase 2 might seems cheaper, but note that there is a railway line in the back towers, which is one of the reasons for being it cheaper. Try to break a deal in front towers.
- Must negotiate with brokers on the price. The price-on-paper is never a final price. There is chances of discount, so bargain hard.

What about sewage treatment & cremation place right in front of balcony ,,, project started in 2011 nd still builder has not given flats to buyers. Buyers are on the road now ...
