I got a call from Mahagun that we all need to pay additional charges by 30 sept 2011 however in Prospectus its mentioned on or before possession however MAHAGUN is demnding by 30 sept 2011.. Are everybody paying it. or refusing it. Thoughts Awaited

i also got the letter demanding extra charges. havnt decided yet, will read prospectus before doing anything. are you sure prospectus say "or or before" ?
I too have got the demand letter.. thought the same initially. However, When I read the allotment agreement, it has a mentioned the date. Since 30-Sep was supposed to be last date for possession.. it was our mistake to tell them to amend the same as 'On possession'.
In this regard, Prospectus does not stand legally.. and we have to pay it as per allotment letter legally :(
In the allotment letter the date is 30 Sep 2011. There is no ambiguity. However it should be on possession. I don't get letter yet but we all should be on the same grid. All us should decide as early as possible and communicate to each other.
it should be paid on possession.but probably they will deny penalty to those who dont pay. mahagun should make it clear
