- Is it a good option to buy a flat in Mahagunpuram?
- Are ready to move-in flats still available in Phase-I? If yes, what is the price for 2BHK / 3BHK?
- What is the price for 2BHK / 3BHK in Phase-II and when its possession will be given?
- Can anyone of you please provide me a contact person number who can give a good deal?

Mahagunpuram is a good option with some permanent issues with the project like:
- A public Chak road between society gate and Club house.
- Some issues in internal structure design, like unwanted projection of the walls.
- Phase 1 project is delayed (estimated by 6 months).
