Hi Friends,
Attached herewith is the copy of the Judgement given by the Competition Commission of India against the DLF for arbitrarily increasing the number of floors in their project without informing the existing buyers. The CCI has imposed a penalty of Rs.630 crore against the builder.

is there any lawyer in mahagunpuram, who can spread some light on this. "because the documents that i have clearly says that builder can increase no of floors in future."
