i think d work progress is still slow
please keep posting the status and also any updates on the penalty to be paid form 1st Jan2012,, how wll mahagun pay by cheque or direct bank transfer?
I discussed with Mahagun Officials regarding the Penalty 15 days back and they said the penalty for the first 3-4 months 'll be paid by cheque and you 'll get it by courier most likely in first week of Jan 2012.
I am not having much hope on their words but this is what they communicated to me.
can we try to ask about the slow progress of work through letter to mr.Dhiraj jain mahagun Director.if we unite and send the same letter signed by all members in the blog.at least 70 flat owner signed letter effect the matter.bt how we do so...?can ny 1 guide the same.
@Anaam - well thats a good idea but dont think much wll improve as this is usually a practise by all builders,, they complete till top floor and then keep the work pending as by that time all payments already been recieved to them.

Thr is no harm in taking this matter to Mahagun directors. Lets try this as well...

now,i have told a advocate to type a strong letter regarding this matter and then i'll sign this letter and forward to next and then the next has to frwd to next and when if atleat 50 members has to sign on that letter and then we all are going to send that letter to mahagun director.
so we all have to like this...!!

so now i request the owner of the blog to please be a part of our fight...if possible after sign of mine on that application i'll first frwd this letter to Mr.Gyani..!!

I have two suggestion here
1. Can we include some common issues with project as Almira space has taken under piller and there is no space left for almira and open parking issue .
2. I think it will be better if we call common meeting after drafting the letter to sign rather sending letter to everyone it will be time saving.

Hi,
Has anybody received demand letter from Mahagun for late installment payment? Mahagun has levied penalty charge of INR 35102 against me for late payment of parking charge. Contract paper says fourth and final installmet should be on the offer of possession which was 30th sep 2011. I think this is same for everybody if I am not wrong. Opposite to this, Mahagun says last installmet date was Sep 30th 2011 so I have to make payment accordingly with penalty. Can anybody suggest me what to do

Hi Bharat,
As far I understand your case, Mahagun must have mentioned September Last date in the allotment letter. If so, then you need to pay penalty. If it has mentioned "On offer of possession", then you can ask them; how you payment stands delayed?
