[Mahagunpuram] Phase 1 possesion delay again till Septembe 12


Hi,


I had a word with one of the executive in Mahagun and she said the possession is again delayed and now the new date which they are saying is September 12 which I am not sure is correct or they are just try to get the ball rolling.
This is done without any prior notice and when I asked about the penalty check which I suppose to get from January 12 onwards are not being prepared and till now i have not recieved any official call from their office which I personally beleive is against ethics and code of conduct.
     Whenever you ask that why this delay is happening they have no answer for that instead they will start saying our company (Mahagunpuram) is paying the penalty amount.
One more very interesting facts which revealed today is for calculating the penalty amount. They will only give you the penalty on Super area not on the paved area. For example I have a super area of 550 sqft and the 96 sqft paved area so while calculating the amount they will only use 550 sqft not 646 sq ft which is (550+96 sqft).

Friends this is high time and we invested our hard earned money, lets unite together and visit their office to stop this nuisance. This is the pure example of "Dadagiri" no one is above them to regulate and to listen invsetors and end users grievances

Please send me your contact details who all are interested to meet them on this Monday and please all the investors lets get into their nerves now and resolve this big issue.

If this is correct then it will be a big blow for so known Mahagun Builder , They already had fooled buyers in Mahagun Mascot and now targeting Mahagunpuram buyers.

As per site condition, don't expect possession this year Atleast for blocks started late. Ridhi/Sidhi is possible by sept/oct only if part possession is given in phase 1. Also there are no sign of roads/garden presently

For any new booking they are sigining contract with possession before december

Complaint in consumer court n CREDAI NCR against Mahagun. Mahagun people r very smart even for phase-II also they've given different possession date like Sep 2013, Mar 2014 and Dec 2014.

Builder is asking interest on loan amount between Banks sanctioned DATE and disbursement DATE. Interest charge between sanctioned DATE and disbursement DATE] are delayed between Builder and bank. Now builder is asking interest from buyer.
