looking at pics i will say 6 months more easily lot of wrk still pending...roads, park,shops, external wrk. main Ganga tower is in front unless that is not completed how will people stay at behind towers....easilt ganga tower will take 1 year guys...
You must expect possession offer unexpectedly. The builder will complete a bare minimum necessary to make it livable and then will send offer of possession to save their penalty... This is what Mahagun did in Mascot project too...
Once done that, it will take a month to complete registry [at the minimum, provided your flat does not have issues like seepage etc]. After that you will shift in another month.. so at least two months, Mahagun will save penalty for your flat.
Once you start living... you will have other round of talks/fight to make lifts /water supply / electricity work... and only within 6 months after you shift things will be bare minimum acceptance level.
Don't think that builder will handover, only after 100% completion.
It was prediction Amit :D ... Why so worry about that.... Lets pray for possession before Diwali and a good gentry in Mahagunpuram...
Those who are on rent and paying EMI... its tough to plan in such delay case... but lets hope for the best.. At least Mahagun is paying penalty without headache.. its not the same with other builders in GZB...

Any Idea how soon we can expect for Viddhi Tower,, this is really disgusting almost 1 yr delay in such a small project.

In their latest ad mahagun is offering possession within 4 months.
So.. Finally my last year prediction is coming true... Expect your Diwali in the new house... If all goes well.
I acknowledge, my failure to accept, last year prediction from Gyani. Let's hope for the best.
