As you know, through this blog, we want to help new/existing buyers with the project status and buy/sell decision. In future, many of us will be neighbors and will spend good and bad time together.
Why to wait for long.. lets start today to build a stronger community. I will request fellow members to help each other by:
1. Submit a scan copy of Project Approval Documents and other important documents, which you got while buying your flat.
2. Everytime you visit the mahagunpuram site, share your experience, feelings and findings.
3. Whenever possible, click some pictures and post it here.
4. Share any good deal, you have made while buy/sell.
5. Share each and every information about the project, even though you just heard as rumors; or got it from any Mahagun official/brokers during casual talks.
These information will be a helping tool for all.

PS: As our family is getting bigger, I am planning to start a yahoogroup for better management/control of our discussions.

this is a very good effort to start & being actively engaged in this blog.
its beneficial for existing as well as prospecting buyers.

Thanks all... Looking forward your active participation, after launching the yahoo group soon. The yahoo group will have enhanced privacy and apps to help us organize our group and easily stay in touch.
I am creating this yahoogroup as a step towards creating our official RWA group.
