I have a 2 bhk flat (900 sq. ft.) in Vidhi Building of Mahagunpuram. The possession is expected up to December, 2012, as per some of the posts on this blog. I want to sell this flat please tell me the way, how can I do it. Someone says we can not sell it until we do not pay 95% of the total amount of the flat...
