Just a rough idea of expenses at possession-
Basic cost + PLC/Car Parking/EDC, EEC, FFC/Service Tax we are already paying as per schedule.
Maintenance Charges -- Rs 1/sq ft for 24 months(31200/-1300 sq ft)
Advance of WC & EC -- Rs 20,000/-
Sinking Fund -- Rs 10,000/-
Stamp Duty -- 7% of basic cost for male, 6% for female and 6.5% for joint to GDA
Registry -- Rs 10200/- per person to GDA
Legal -- Rs 15000/ Appx to Mahagun
Extra ???? -- Rs 10000/- Apxx
Interest on late payment-- you must have paid.
